Named after the patron saint of Cote d'Or in the Burgundy region of France, St Vincent was adopted in early medieval times as a patron saint by vineyard workers and winemakers in France and most of Europe. During January, St Vincent of Saragossa, is honored throughout Europe with celebrations and prayers, lots of ceremonial stuff, and wine tasting. In heart of celebration we will be releasing this Colorado grown and made wine on his actual Saints day on January 22nd. With similarities to Chianti and Sangiovese we are excited to release this wine in hand sandcarved bottles to produce a special artesian and one of a kind offering. We offer free delivery in Pueblo / Pueblo West, pick-up at the Neon Alley Bistro and UPS shipping when allowed by law. 13.12% Alcohol by Volume 21+
The wine is 2016 Vintage 100% Colorado grown in the Grand Valley. A lighter red similar to a young Chianti with cherry and citrus flavors complimented by a long and complex aftertaste.
