We offer handcrafted small production wines using the best ingredients available Natural non chemical wine making is our focus in the winery. Our wines are a collaboration with artists that play our historic stage.

-Strawberry 100% strawberry table wine at 13.3% alcohol
-Blueberry 100% blueberry table wine at 12.5% alcohol This is our driest wine with a tart structure that can mimic tannins to some pallets. This wine also has a download code for music from Gipsy Moon a rising band from Nederland, Colorado
-Plum 100% plum wine made from organic plums 12.9% alcohol. This wine features Willy Tea Taylor from Oakdale California. Willy is a Blackwing Artist and frontman for The Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit.
-Wassail 100% apple wine fermented with cloves, fresh ginger, cinnamon and raisins 13.1% alcohol. This wine has a web link to a live music track of The Haunted Windchimes performance at Songbird Cellars
-Apple Pear A blend of fresh apples and pears 12.5% alcohol. This wine features Spirits of The Red City and their song Silent Bell. Download Label is access to the Silent Bell track and video. Label was created my San Francisco artist Taylor Meers.
Apricot - 100% apricot wine which is currently our sweetest wine available. 13.3% alcohol. Label features Birds of Chicago. VERY Limited Production
